Frequently Asked Questions

Many test takers find CELPIP easier because it is 100% computer-based (no examiner), entirely Canadian-English focused, and shorter (approximately 3 hours). The Speaking and Writing sections are done on a computer, which removes the stress of a face-to-face examiner. However, the computer-based Speaking task requires strong typing and computer skills.
