How do I enrol in a course?

Start by booking a free demo class — there's no commitment required. After the demo, if you're happy to proceed, your teacher will send you a secure payment link by email. Once payment is complete, your course begins immediately.

How do I make a payment?

After your free demo class, your teacher will send you a secure payment link by email. The link takes you to a checkout page powered by Stripe. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) in a few clicks.

What is your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied after your first paid session, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a full refund, no questions asked. For cancellations after multiple sessions, refunds are calculated proportionally based on remaining sessions.

What is the difference between IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training?

IELTS Academic is for university admission, professional registration, and skilled migration. IELTS General Training is for secondary education, work experience, and most immigration pathways including UK Skilled Worker and Family visas.

How long is an IELTS score valid?

IELTS test results are valid for two years from the date of the test. After two years, most institutions and visa authorities will require a new test.

What band score do I need for a UK visa?

Most Skilled Worker visas require Band 6.0 (with no component below 5.5). Student visas typically require Band 6.0–6.5. Life in the UK settlement visas require a B1 CEFR equivalent (Band 4.0–4.5).
